We ship orders from our United States Warehouse located in Florida! We ship Worldwide.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 1-2 business days (Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
International orders are may take 1-3 business days to process (Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update. Please ensure you enter your phone number and email address at checkout, in the event the mail carrier or your local customs office need to get in contact with you to retrieve your package. Please be advised that some countries may charge customs fees for shipment from the United States. Please note that YoniPeachCare is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office to see what the applicable fees are - if any.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?
Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service at support@yonipeachcare.com.
If you added Package Protection to your order and you are unable to locate your package, please contact support@yonipeachcare.com so they can replace or refund your order.
