We provide tracking information to your email immediately once your package is shipped however you may need to allow 12 to 24 hours after item has been shipped for the tracking information to be readily updated.
Standard Shipping Times:
All orders placed after 2:00pm [EST] will be processed on the following business day (except public holidays). Please allow for up to 72 business hours handling time during public holidays. If there are unforeseen delays we will notify you immediately via email. All our products are shipped from our Florida warehouse facility.
We do not ship on the weekends to avoid delays of your packages in the shipping carrier warehouse. Our Free Shipping service is offered by the USPS. However we do offer UPS and FedEx shipping options at checkout.
