Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@yonipeachcares.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the unboxed or undamaged or unused items.
Please note that return shipping is borne by the customer. We will not provide pre-paid shipping labels once a return is accepted. If we do provide a shipping label for the convenience of the customer, the fee will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, there is a 15% restocking fee on all orders that will be deducted from your final refund amount.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your products are insured with the shipping carriers however you would have to indicate to us promptly so we could assist with this request. Our 30 day money back guarantee covers all manufacturers defects within the first 30 days after the item is delivered to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Replacements
If you feel that your item is defective, please message us at support@yonipeachcares.com with photos of the defective item and a reason why you feel it is defective. Most times we may be able to issue a replacement item free of charge. Shipping would be borne by the customer.
European Union
Due to duties paid we cannot accept returns from outside of the United States.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
Once we process your refund, we will provide you immediately with an email stating same and the amount will then reflect on your method of payment depending on the length of time of your bank. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received a refund notification email from us (please ensure to check your Junk and Spam folders), please contact us at support@yonipeachcares.com
