How to use
- Wash and dry your hands.
- Remove one suppository from the bottle. Use a Yoni Peach Care disposable applicator if you prefer.
- Insert one suppository vaginally, ideally at bedtime, following the directions on the label.
- Wear a panty liner, as some discharge is normal as the suppository dissolves.
- Close the bottle tightly and store in a cool, dry place.

This works, its taken me about a week to really see the results. For me these do not fully disintegrate, but they have helped a good bit.
