1. Fill the V-Pot with water and place it on a stable, flat surface.
2. Drop one sachet of the Sacred Feminine Blend into the water. Sachet is included in the package.
3. Turn on the V-Pot and select from 5 adjustable settings. Test steam temperature with your hand first.
4. Place the soft seat over the base, sit comfortably, and drape a towel or robe around your waist.
5. Steam for 20–30 minutes. Use this time to breathe, reflect, meditate, journal, or simply rest.
6. Gently pat dry, hydrate, and allow your body to relax.
